Do you know where your neighborhood greenway (bike boulevard) is? Do you use it? Want to make it better?
“Foster is Neon” is a community-based design project that seeks to develop a shared vision for the Center and Gladstone Greenways that reflects our neighborhood’s needs. Over the next few months, the Creston-Kenilworth and Foster Powell Neighborhood Associations will be hosting a series of design workshops to brainstorm what our greenway could be and how street art could be used to strengthen community relationships, identity and safety. These workshops will culminate with a block party during the September Second Saturday Art Walk on Foster to draw attention to our greenway, share our vision with the larger community, and build support for street art along this stretch of road.
Join us and the “Foster is Neon” team to learn more about this neighborhood project and provide your input!
