The Foster-Powell Neighborhood Association has been selected to receive a 2016 Spirit of Portland Award as the Neighborhood Association of the Year!

In its 32nd year, the Spirit of Portland Awards is presented by Portland City Council to individuals and groups who make outstanding contributions to the community. We are honored and excited to be selected, and we hope to see you at the award ceremony!

Second Neighborhood Meeting: 72Foster Development

Attend a neighborhood meeting on Wednesday, November 9th at The New Day Center for the Arts (5514 SE Foster) to learn more about the 72Foster building, an affording housing development with commercial space scheduled to be built at SE 72nd Ave. and Foster Rd, across from the Portland Mercado.
