The Portland Bureau of Transportation (PBOT) has submitted a Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) Enhance grant application to ODOT to request funding for additional streetscape improvements to Foster Rd. Any funding received would be in addition to the current $3.25 million funding available in 2014 ($2 million from the PDC/Lents Town Center Urban Renewal Area, and $1.25 in Metropolitan Transportation Improvement Program (MTIP) funding). The FPNA submitted a letter in support of the application. We’ll keep you posted here!
