The Foster-Powell Neighborhood Association has been selected to receive a 2016 Spirit of Portland Award as the Neighborhood Association of the Year!

In its 32nd year, the Spirit of Portland Awards is presented by Portland City Council to individuals and groups who make outstanding contributions to the community. We are honored and excited to be selected, and we hope to see you at the award ceremony!

Come celebrate with us at the official 32nd Annual Spirit of Portland award ceremony on Tuesday, December 13th at 6:00pm at the Double Tree Hotel (1000 NE Multnomah, Portland).
