Project Background:
Foster Green is facilitating a vision and Master Plan for Laurelwood Park. The project will engage the community to define their desires for park enhancements. The project includes public engagement, project design, plan document, and implementation strategy. Foster Green will work with the City to formally adopt the final plan. Foster Green EcoDistrict is collaborating with the City of Portland Bureau of Parks and Recreation, the Mt Scott-Arleta Neighborhood Association, and the Foster Powell Neighborhood Association.
How should the Foster Corridor be improved?
The Portland Development Commission (PDC) and the Foster-Lents Integration Partnership (FLIP) have opened “PDC Town Hall,” an online forum where you can spend an imaginary $500 among these ten scenarios and tell us where you think we should focus these investments. Visit PDC Town Hall, read what others are saying and then post your own priorities here: http://www.pdc.us/our-work/urban-renewal-areas/lents/current-projects/flip/flip-forum.aspx.
