At our August general meeting, it was agreed that we would begin a new practice of holding board meetings on the 4th Monday of each month.
General members of the association are welcome to join, but as listen-only attendees.

The purpose of the board meetings is to allow each committee lead to report out:
- Progress of their efforts since the last meeting
- Focus of their efforts between now and the next general meeting
- Any issues/concerns that are blocking their progress
The goal of this meeting is allow for better support and coordination of efforts between all of the various committees.
