About Our Association

How can I get involved?

The neighborhood association meets on the second Monday of each month (except August), from 6:30-8:00pm, at Foster Burger (5339 SE Foster Rd).

What is the Foster-Powell Neighborhood Association?

We are residents, business owners, and property owners within the Foster Powell triangle who share a vested interest in improving our neighborhood. We come together at meetings and events to hear neighborhood updates, share livability concerns and ideas, gain resources, and learn about the city of Portland. Our meetings provide a forum for sharing ideas and connecting to broader issues that affect our community.

Everyone who lives in the area bounded by Foster Road on the south, Powell Boulevard on the north, 82nd Avenue on the east and 52nd Avenue on the west is a member of this association. Come, meet your neighbors!

Who can join?

All are welcome to our meetings, whether you live in Foster-Powell, live across Foster/82nd/Powell, or live in one of our nextdoor neighborhoods.

Our Bylaws state:
